How can I request a transcript from a court hearing?
Email office@appalachiancourtreporting.com. Please provide your name; whether you are (or represent) a party to the case; and the date, county, and judge who heard your case. After we receive your request, our office staff will email you back with details regarding payment and time frame for the production of the transcript.
How can I pay my invoice?
CLICK HERE to pay an invoice. You will be prompted to enter your invoice total and invoice number.
How can I schedule a deposition with Appalachian Court Reporting?
Easy. Just click on SCHEDULE A REPORTER. You will be prompted to fill in the basic information, including the date, time and location of your deposition. Our office responds to emails Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Does Appalachian Court Reporting provide the Zoom video conference link for video depositions?
Yes. Absolutely. When scheduling your deposition, please let us know if this will be a Zoom or hybrid deposition. We are available to prepare the Zoom link and provide it to all participants.
Can Appalachian Court Reporting provide a loaner laptop for a witness or attorney at a hybrid deposition?
Yes. Absolutely. Please let our office know that a loaner laptop is needed and we will accommodate this request.
